Terms & Conditions
- For a referral to qualify as a Successful Referral, the new Client referred by you must sign a Full Property Management contract with STAY and must provide at least 6 weeks of availability in the first 3 months of the contract’s start date.
- The referred property will be listed to accept bookings on websites like Airbnb, Booking.com, etc. as STAY chooses fit and all guest communication, advertisement, and operations shall be managed directly by STAY.
- An Eligible Property shall be a fully furnished property located within an area that STAY services, and meets the eligibility criteria of STAY including but not limited to average daily rate achievable, condition of the property, and any such factors affecting its salability. The assessment of whether a property qualifies as an Eligible Property rests on the sole discretion of STAY .
- A referee may not benefit from the reward for referring their own principal place of residence, or any other properties otherwise owned, co-owned or lived in, by them or immediate family. We may request further documents to prove validity of referral.
- A referral’s fixed reward (refer a friend) may be paid out only once per property, and only to the first person referring the new property to STAY.
- The reward for a successful referral would be transferred to the bank account of the referrer’s choice by bank transfer. You would receive 1/3 of your full reward at the end of each month for the first three months that the property will be rented.
- The commissions earned by partners (partner program) will be the 12% of the net profit that our company earns per referred property, calculated from the total amount of each months reservations minus expenses. Our partner’s payment will be completed with a bank transfer no later than the 10th day of each month.
- Commissions earned by rental affiliates will be the 5% of the indicative price provided by Service Provider. Our affiliate’s payment will be completed with a bank transfer no later than the 10th day of each month.
- Any dispute with regards to the referral programme underlined in this document are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Cypriot Government.
- STAY reserves the right to change, amend, and cancel the terms of this offer at any time without notice.
