For the last 3 years our portfolio has been increasing exponentially and it is our goal to stay on the same track, something that will provide you with more choices to satisfy your customers but it also gives you more opportunities for the generating revenue.

Each one of the properties we manage is thoroughly inspected by STAY’s team before becoming part of our portfolio, ensuring that only properties that meet our high standards become part of our portfolio. Through systematic maintenance inspections and continuous feedback that we receive from our guests we maintain the perfect condition of the property ensuring that all guests will stay in high quality properties.

We do not only have a commitment to provide our guests a great customer experience but we are also committed to provide our affiliates the means they need to generate significant revenue by renting out the properties we manage.

We would like to highlight that there is no limitation to your earnings. For each one of your reservations you earn will 5% of the indicative price, but you have the freedom to rent the property at any price you want, as long as your price is higher than the indicative price which is 10-20% below the market rate. What we ask is the indicative price minus your commission, you can rent the property at the highest possible rate and keep the difference.
